LMC Foundation

LMC Foundation is the entity responsible for managing LMC. It is not a supervisor but rather the foundational layer that LMC holders can build upon. The foundation promotes decentralized and community-driven governance and aims to become more decentralized over time. Its task is to manage LMC decisions and be responsible for daily management, bookkeeping, project management, and other tasks to ensure the support needed to realize community ideas.

The goal of LMC Foundation is to manage the growth and development of the LMC ecosystem in a fair and inclusive way. It utilizes the ecosystem fund controlled by a multi-signature wallet to pay fees and provides infrastructure for LMC holders to collaborate through open and permissionless governance processes.
